Theresa and Keith are results-oriented and quick to prioritize your needs as number one. They recognize the value of the dynamic Austin regional economy, and how your individual real estate goals and needs will fit into that equation.  Keith and Theresa have a process they like to follow to get to know your real estate needs and goals and advise you on current market conditions when you are ready to move forward.  Keith draws upon in-depth training in Ninja Selling to ensure your buying and selling needs come first.  Ultimately, they want you to be comfortable and prepared.

Keith and Theresa have been married for 31 years and have 3 children.  As a former military family they have moved all over the world and they bring their experiences from personal relocations into their professional lives today.  Most recently their move from Green Bluff, Washington to Austin, Texas back in 2015 has caused them to fall in love with doing just that, helping people Buy and Sell Real Estate in and around Austin!

Theresa has spent a good portion of her childhood in Texas when she wasn’t traveling around the world with her military family. Theresa’s parents are native Texans with deep Czech roots, and this gives Theresa a long view of Texas real estate and adds that native Texan perspective!  As a mother, Theresa understands that Selling and Buying Real Estate can involve uprooting and relocating a family, which is never easy. She brings to the table an intuitive understanding and tacit knowledge that is invaluable when big decisions are on the line. Theresa prides herself in an eye for detail.

As a military veteran and West Point graduate Keith brings a wealth of experience to bear.  He has managed operations for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) at one of the largest airports in the US.  Not to mention other huge responsibilities in the military over the years, Keith has also been a farmer. He and Theresa lived on 100 acres in recent years raising their family, and deepening his love for real estate. Keith is highly organized and prides himself in being well prepared to manage all of the moving parts in your Real Estate transaction.

It is these experiences and skills that both Theresa and Keith will draw upon with an understanding of what you want to achieve that will ensure personalized service for you.
